Subaru Cars - Subaru Prices
Japanese auto manufacturer Subaru is renowned for offering vehicles which rank highly in terms of both safety
and performance. Subaru has positioned themselves firmly at the forefront when it comes to technological advances,
something which really brought them into the spotlight when Scottish Rally Driver Colin McRae won three consecutive
World Rally Championships in the Subaru Impreza WRX. The WRX is now a long standing feature in the brand's lineup.
Subaru is also becoming a popular choice for families thanks to their safety features and solid performance levels
in any situation from city driving to off-road.
A new addition for the 2013 lineup, the Subaru BRZ is a sports coupe with a 2.0 liter boxer engine under the
hood. This provides a satisfying 200 hp that helps the car do 0-60 in under 7 seconds. The standard RWD can be
teamed with either a manual or an automatic 6-speed transmission to give you fuel mileage of 22 mpg city and 34
mpg highway. The BRZ has plenty of additional features including heated sets, paddle shifters, automated climate
control, and a USB port. In terms of safety features, it boasts vehicle stability control, advanced airbags and
anti-lock braking with brake assist. The BRZ, like all Toyota vehicles, is covered by a 3 year or 36,000 mile
warranty.

The 2013 Subaru Forester crossover wagon is now offered with a USB port and hands free phone compatibility as
standard which complements the other available features including a 6 speaker audio system, heated front seats
with leather trimmed upholstery and on-board navigation. The Forester is powered by a 2.5 liter 4 cylinder engine
with the option to upgrade to a supercharged version for additional horsepower. The vehicle offers a choice of
transmissions including 5 speed manual, 4 speed automatic or a 4 speed automatic with manual shift mode. The
safety package includes traction control, rollover sensor and a backup rear camera as well as advanced front and
side curtain airbags for increased safety.
One of Subaru's flagship vehicles is the Impreza which is available in a variety of trim levels. The 2013 Subaru
Impreza Sedan has been redesigned to offer USB connection, steering wheel mounted controls and
Bluetooth
compatibility as standard in addition to optional features which include satellite radio, heated seats, surround
sound and navigation system among others. Powered by a 4 cylinder 2.0 liter engine, the Impreza Sedan offers 148
ft-lbs of torque and 145 hp. The 2013 model offers a significantly improved EPA estimated 27 mpg city and
36 mpg
highway.
For increased performance, drivers may instead wish to opt for the sportier 2013 Subaru Impreza Sedan WRX. This
model has minimal changes from last year's line up and features a 2.5 liter turbocharged engine for 265 hp and 244
lb-ft of torque. For even more focus on performance, there is a trim upgrade to the STI level which makes use of a
high cross flow intercooler to boost the horsepower to 300. Some of the key features of the Impreza WRX include a
power-assisted moon roof, touch screen navigation, 18 inch alloy wheels and upholstery trimmed with leather.
If a hatchback is more your thing, then the 2013 Subaru Impreza Wagon is the one for you. With an estimated EPA
usage of 36 mpg/highway and 27 mpg/city, the Impreza Wagon is ideal for a family car. It has an impressive safety
package and plenty of features to ensure that you can travel in comfort. You can even take things to the next level
with the 2013 Subaru Impreza Wagon WRX trim level which offers a more performance focused take on the model.
Another of the newcomers for 2013 is the 2013 Subaru Legacy,
a mid-sized sedan powered by a DOHC 2.5 liter
engine or a 3.6 liter V6 depending on which you choose. The Legacy is built for comfort with heated seats,
moon roof,
automated dual zone climate control, leather upholstery and a premium sound system. The 2013 Subaru Outback is also
a new introduction this year, offering drivers a mid-sized crossover with variable torque distribution AWD. The
Outback features are similar to those of the Legacy, with the addition of power adjustable seats and remote engine
start.
For the larger family, the 2013 Subaru Tribeca crossover can seat 7 comfortably. The optional premium and touring
trim levels have been dropped from this year's lineup but that does not make the Tribeca any less desirable. With
fold flat seating, rear passenger entertainment and automated climate control, the Tribeca is the perfect way to
transport your growing family in comfort.
Completing this year's line up is the 2013 Subaru XV Crosstrek which offers a great off-road vehicle for sporting
and outdoorsy types with a lot of equipment to move around.
